We will offer a full ticket refund up to one week before any event. We will be able to transfer your ticket to another event if notified up to 48 hours before the event.

We aim to make all of our events accessible to those with any disability. Please contact our team using the contact form if you have any specific accessibility queries.

You do not need to apply for membership first or wait for your membership to be approved to purchase tickets. If your membership has not been approved, then you will be refunded the ticket price in full and notified.

Both partial and full membership is free.

A partial membership is for those attending their first Enamour events. Partial membership will grant you access to Naughties, Spark, and all areas of Dopamine but the dungeon. A partial membership will last for a year, after which you will need to either renew it, or upgrade to a full membership. A full membership will give you first access to tickets, and access to exclusive events and play parties with Enamour.

We vet at our discretion, however, do not discriminate based on your age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, relationship status, and experience with kink. We will vet using a variety of methods.

You must be a member to attend Naughties, Spark, and the play area of Dopamine. Membership is free, and information can be found here.

Any guests attending Naughties, Spark or the play area of Dopamine must be a member.

Yes, there is a dedicated changing area where guests also leave their bags and coats. This area is not supervised, and any property you leave is at your own risk.

The venue comes well equipped with many pieces of play furniture such as St. Andrew’s crosses, spanking benches, and bondage frames. However the venue does not come with any toys to use, so please bring your own!

We provide condoms, lube, antibacterial wipes and spray, and sanitary wipes. While we do not serve drinks or alcohol, there is a kitchen area to store drinks. There is also a shower, however, you will need to bring your own towels and toiletries.

These parties differ from typical swingers' parties. You should not expect to play right away with people you have just met, however play between new people still frequently occurs.

You can attend the event with any number of partners, however all parties must be open to forming new connections.
